Liquid Nature: Building the Future of Whole-Produce Beverages
Share
Eating more fruits and vegetables is one of the simplest ways to improve health. Yet nearly 90% of Americans still don't eat the recommended amount each day. Busy lifestyles, convenience, and limited time for meal preparation often make it difficult to incorporate enough fresh produce into everyday diets.
At Liquid Nature, we asked a simple question:
What if enjoying the benefits of whole fruits and vegetables could be as convenient as opening a bottle?
That question became the foundation of our company.
Instead of extracting only the juice, Liquid Nature transforms whole fruits and vegetables into smooth, drinkable products while preserving more of their natural fiber, phytonutrients, color, and flavor. Our goal is to help people enjoy foods that are closer to the way nature created them.
Our journey began at Cornell AgriTech's Tech Farm in Geneva, New York, where we have access to world-class food science expertise and one of the nation's premier agricultural regions. Working alongside researchers, growers, and food innovators has helped us turn years of research into products that are ready for consumers.
Our first product, Liquid Apple, captures the experience of eating a whole apple in a bottle. It represents the first step toward a broader vision of making whole fruits and vegetables more convenient for everyday life.
This is only the beginning. We are continuing to develop new products while partnering with growers, retailers, and consumers to create a new category of whole-produce beverages.
