Why Traditional Processing Falls Short
Most fruit and vegetable beverages are made by extracting juice.
While juice is convenient, the process often removes much of the naturally occurring fiber and other valuable components of the fruit or vegetable.

Our Approach
Our proprietary processing platform uses high-pressure jet technology to break down whole fruits and vegetables into ultra-fine particles, creating a smooth and drinkable texture.
Rather than mechanically blending large particles or separating solids from liquids, our process creates a stable suspension that allows more of the edible plant material to remain in the final product.
The result is a beverage that better reflects the natural composition of the original produce.
