At Liquid Nature, we believe enjoying whole fruits and vegetables should be as simple as opening a bottle.

Our mission is to make nutritious, minimally processed foods more convenient without compromising what nature provides. Instead of separating juice from fiber, we develop innovative technologies that transform whole fruits and vegetables into smooth, drinkable products while preserving more of their natural nutrition, fiber, color, and flavor.

Liquid Nature is the consumer brand of Liquid Orchard Inc., a food technology company dedicated to advancing the next generation of whole-food processing.

Inspired by Science

Our work combines food science, agriculture, and engineering to rethink how fruits and vegetables are processed.

Rather than viewing fiber and other plant components as by-products, we see them as valuable parts of the food. Our goal is to create products that stay closer to how nature intended while offering the convenience consumers expect today.

Built on World-Class Research

Liquid Orchard was co-founded by Professor Rui Hai Liu, PhD, an internationally recognized food scientist and Professor in the Department of Food Science at Cornell University.

Professor Liu's pioneering research on whole foods, bioactive compounds, and chronic disease prevention has helped shape modern understanding of the health benefits of fruits and vegetables. His scientific vision continues to guide our research and product development.

Together with researchers, engineers, growers, and industry partners, we are working to bring science-driven innovation from the laboratory to everyday consumers.

Our research and product development are based at Cornell AgriTech's Tech Farm in Geneva, New York—one of the nation's leading centers for food and agricultural innovation.

Surrounded by New York's rich agricultural resources, we work closely with growers and food scientists to develop better ways of utilizing whole produce while supporting a more sustainable food system.
